Requested Termination. Resident may apply to the Residence Life Office for release from the contract, however the Residence Life Office retains the right to grant or deny any release. A request for contract release must be made by submitting an online request.
Requested Termination. Treasury, in its sole discretion, may grant any request by the Grantee for termination of this Grant Agreement, which such request shall be in writing and shall include the reasons for such termination, the proposed effective date of the termination, and the amount of any unused Funds the Grantee requests to return to Treasury. Treasury may, in its sole discretion, determine the extent to which the requirements under this Grant Agreement may cease to apply following any such termination.
