Common use of Requested Service Clause in Contracts

Requested Service. Any person serving, in any capacity, (i) another corporation of which a majority of the shares entitled to vote in the election of its directors is held by the Corporation, or (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Corporation or of any corporation referred to in clause (i), shall be deemed to be doing so at the request of the Corporation.

Requested Service. Any person director or officer of the Corporation serving, in any capacity, and any other person serving as director or officer of, (i) another corporation organization of which a majority of the shares entitled outstanding voting securities representing the present right to vote in for the election of its directors or equivalent executives is held owned directly or indirectly by the Corporation, or (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Corporation or of any corporation organization referred to in clause (i), shall be deemed to be doing so at the written request of the Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Requested Service. Any person serving, in any capacity, capacity with (i) another corporation company of which a majority of the shares entitled to vote in the election of its directors is held by the CorporationCompany, or (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Corporation Company or of any corporation company referred to in clause (i), shall be deemed to be doing so at the request of the CorporationCompany.
