Common use of Requested Information and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Requested Information and Documentation. The Client will provide in a timely manner such information and documentation as BNYM may reasonably request in connection with providing services under this Agreement and BNYM will not be liable for any Loss incurred by the Client due to a failure or delay in providing such information or documentation.
