Common use of Requested Documents Clause in Contracts

Requested Documents. The Company and the Selling Stockholders will furnish the Underwriters with such copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and documents as the Underwriters reasonably request. The Underwriters may in their sole discretion waive compliance with any conditions to the obligations of the Underwriters hereunder, whether in respect of an Optional Closing Date or otherwise.
