Request Reporting. Customer may utilize the NAVITAIRE Internet support tool to contact the NAVITAIRE Support Centre electronically for the following service requests: • Enhancement RequestsNew product concepts or requests • Additional training requestsConsulting services These services are subject to the fees as described in Section 9.3 of this Exhibit and are accepted at the discretion of NAVITAIRE. If the request is accepted by NAVITAIRE, a price quote and time schedule will be generated. The Customer will then decide whether to authorize the work to be performed by NAVITAIRE.

Customer will then decide whether to authorize the work to be performed by NAVITAIRE. CONTRACTOR shall submit the consolidated Cost 5 Report to COUNTY no later than five (5) business days following approval by ADMINSTRATOR of 6 all individual Cost Reports to be incorporated into a consolidated Cost Report.

  • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.
