The Request Reporting clause establishes the obligation for one party to provide regular updates or reports regarding specific requests made under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the format, frequency, and content of such reports, ensuring that all relevant information about the status or progress of requests is communicated in a timely manner. Its core practical function is to promote transparency and accountability between the parties, helping to track the fulfillment of requests and address any issues promptly.
Request Reporting. Customer may utilize the NAVITAIRE Internet support tool to contact the NAVITAIRE Support Centre electronically for the following service requests: • Enhancement RequestsNew product concepts or requests • Additional training requestsConsulting services These services are subject to the fees as described in Section 9.3 of this Exhibit and are accepted at the discretion of NAVITAIRE. If the request is accepted by NAVITAIRE, a price quote and time schedule will be generated. The Customer will then decide whether to authorize the work to be performed by NAVITAIRE.
