Request Letter. This Settlement Agreement shall be presented to the Trustees for their review, evaluation, and acceptance within five (5) business days of the Agreement Date as follows: The Institutional Investors shall submit, through their counsel, a letter to each of the Trustees expressing their support for the settlement and requesting that each enter into the Settlement Agreement (the “Request Letter”). The Request Letter shall urge the Trustees to exercise their independent business judgment in deciding whether to accept the Settlement Agreement.
