Request for Services. Requests for storage and warehousing services shall be in ac- cordance with the procedures set forth in the GSA/DOD cross-servicing agree- ment. Arrangements incident to the furnishing of services, specific limita- tions, terms, and conditions shall be agreed to directly by the activities concerned. [42 FR 2317, Jan. 11, 1977]
