Request for Replacement. If a homeowner requests the replacement of a piece or part of cabinets or other stained woodwork, the warranty service technician will confirm whether the proper wood products were installed or the proper stain color was applied. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Homes confirms that the proper products were used, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Homes will not replace the item in question. If the homeowner nevertheless desires to have the item replaced, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Homes will charge a fee for such work. If such a request is made, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Homes will receive an estimate for the requested work.
