Request for Re inspection: If upon inspection for the purpose of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance, the Engineer determines that there are items of Work still to be performed, the Contractor shall promptly perform them and then request a re-inspection. If upon re-inspection, the Engineer determines that the Work is substantially complete or finally accepted, the date of such re- inspection shall be the date of Substantial Completion or Final Acceptance. Re-inspection by the Engineer shall be made within ten (10) Days after receipt of the Contractor's written request therefor.
