Common use of Request for Purchase Clause in Contracts

Request for Purchase. (a) At any time prior to the Advance Request Termination Date, Seller may submit a Request to Bank for Bank to purchase a Participation Interest in one or more Eligible Mortgage Loans from Seller hereunder by delivering or causing to be delivered to Bank, by electronic data submission or in such other manner, as may be required by Bank from time to time, the information and other items for such Eligible Mortgage Loans required by Bank pursuant to the Warehouse Program Guide.
