Request for Modification. a. If either Party wishes to modify the terms of this agreement, they may request a meeting with the other Party at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Both parties agree that such a meeting will be scheduled within 30 (thirty) days of the request. b. Both parties agree to have an on-record discussion regarding renewal terms at least 30 days before the end of the Initial Term and at least 30 days before every subsequent renewal if requested by either Party.
