Common use of Request for LC Clause in Contracts

Request for LC. As to the issuance of any Letter of Credit, not less than [***] ([***]) Business Days prior to the requested date of issuance (or [***] ([***]) Business Day as to requests for issuance of any Letter of Credit on the Closing Date), the Administrative Agent and each Issuing Bank shall have received a Request for LC pursuant to and in compliance with Section 2.4(b).
