Common use of Request for Incremental Commitments Clause in Contracts

Request for Incremental Commitments. At any time and from time to time, Anixter may by written notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) request (i) one or more increases in the Aggregate Commitments (any such increase, a “Revolving Commitment Increase”) or (ii) one or more incremental term loan commitments (any such incremental term loan commitment, an “Incremental Term Loan Commitment” and, together with any Revolving Commitment Increases, the “Incremental Commitments”) to make incremental term loans (any such incremental term loan, an “Incremental Term Loan”); provided that (i) the total aggregate principal amount for all such Incremental Commitments shall not exceed US$200,000,000; (ii) any such request for an Incremental Commitment shall be in a minimum amount of US$15,000,000; and (iii) Anixter may request up to two Incremental Commitments during any calendar year.
