Common use of Request for Help Clause in Contracts

Request for Help. At any point where an employee considers himself overworked, or kept on duty an excessive length of time, upon furnishing particulars, a qualified officer will be instructed to go there and look into conditions immediately with the Local Representative, and if they recommend any change in conditions to relieve the employee, or employees, it will be arranged without delay.
