Request for DO Proposal Sample Clauses
The 'Request for DO Proposal' clause establishes the process by which one party may formally invite the other to submit a proposal for a discrete deliverable order (DO) under a broader agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the required contents of the proposal request, such as scope, timeline, and pricing, and may specify the method and timeframe for submission. Its core function is to provide a structured and transparent mechanism for initiating new work orders, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and requirements before work begins.
