Request for Disbursement. All disbursements of proceeds shall be subject to receipt by the Commission of claims for disbursement submitted by the Grantee. Claims for disbursement (“claims”) shall be in form and content acceptable to the Commission. Each requisition shall be submitted to the Commission according to the schedule shown in Article 6.10.
