Common use of Request for Collocation Clause in Contracts

Request for Collocation. 3.10.1.1 A request for virtual collocation must be submitted to ACS in writing. At a minimum, the request must include: (a) identification of the premises or point where collocation is requested, (b) floor space requirements, (c) distribution frame space requirements, (d) building entrance facility requirements, (e) power and ground requirements, (f) type of equipment AFS requests ACS to install and its intended use, and (g) date AFS requests ACS to complete the installation. A site survey may be included with the request.
