Request for Change Proposal. 14.1.2.1 If KYTC desires to issue an KYTC-Directed Change or to evaluate whether to initiate such a change, then KYTC may, at its sole discretion, issue a Request for Change Proposal. The Request for Change Proposal shall set forth the nature, extent, and details of the proposed KYTC-Directed Change.
