Request for Ad Hoc Evaluation or Special Study. If MCA-Philippines requires an ad hoc independent evaluation or special study at the request of the Government for any reason, including for the purpose of contesting an MCC determination with respect to a Project or Activity or to seek funding from other donors, no MCC Funding or MCA-Philippines resources may be applied to such evaluation or special study without MCC’s prior written approval.
