Request Fee. A fee for processing a Request for Endorsement is payable to the DAR. The fee is non-refundable unless the DAR determines that an application exceeds the ceiling available for allocation. The fee payable is calculated by multiplying the number of Overseas Workers requested by: $600 (plus GST, if applicable) if Business turnover is less than $10 million p.a. $900 (plus GST) if Business turnover is more than $10 million p.a. Upfront payment is required. Requests will not be assessed without the required payment. A tax invoice will be issued confirming payment. Request Fee. Landlord shall not be obligated to entertain or consider any request by Tenant to consent to any proposed assignment of this Lease or sublet of all or any part of the Premises unless each such request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is accompanied by a nonrefundable fee payable to Landlord in the amount of the sum of (i) One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to cover Landlord's administrative costs and expenses in processing each such request by Tenant, plus (ii) the actual legal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such request.   • Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made. This Application Fee applies to each application and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the Resident’s application. The amount of the Application Fee is detailed in Table 4.

  • Utilization Fee If the aggregate outstanding amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Advances hereunder and (ii) all "Revolving Credit Advances" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement exceeds thirty-three percent (33%) of the aggregate amount of (x) all Commitments hereunder and (y) all "Commitments" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement then in effect on such date (or, if any of the Commitments or "Commitments" have been terminated, the aggregate amount of all Commitments and "Commitments" in effect immediately prior to such termination), the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders a utilization fee (the "Utilization Fee") at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Utilization Fee Rate in effect from time to time payable on the aggregate outstanding amount of all Revolving Credit Advances on such date, payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December, and on the Revolver Termination Date.

  • PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE Borrower shall pay to Lender a fee in the amount of Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) (the "Loan Fee") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Origination Fee The Borrower shall pay the Lender a fully earned and non-refundable origination fee of $50,000, due and payable upon the execution of this Agreement.

  • Modification Fee In consideration of the Lenders amending the Loan Agreement as provided herein, each Borrower jointly and severally agrees to pay to the Agent for the account of each Lender approving this Amendment (which approval is evidenced by its signature below) a modification fee in an amount equal to one-half of one percent (0.50%) of such Lender’s Commitment.
