Request executions. In the App, you can select the option to buy, sell or make a gift of Securities and make the corresponding requests to the Issuer, AIX CSD and AIX Registrar accordingly. The price of Securities can change, and the actual price and amount will be determined at 5 pm Astana time of that business day when you made the request, and you will receive an appropriate notification about this. The actual price could be significantly different from the price quoted at the time the request was entered. The request will be executed on the same business day you made the request (if the request is made on business day before 4 pm Astana time) or the next business day (if the request is made on non-business day or after 4 pm Astana time on business day), and the payments will be charged or credited from/to your bank cards and accordingly Securities will be transferred from/to your account or to account of the recipient (in case of you making gift of Securities) with AIX Registrar, in accordance with the provisions of the AIX Registrar Agreement, of which you will be notified. We do not guarantee that your request will be executed immediately or will be executed at all due to any circumstances beyond our control as such Securities might be illiquid instrument, or due to other restrictions under the Registrar Agreement and placing request does not guarantee that such request will be fulfilled. You may request transfer of Securities from the Depository Account to your brokerage account opened with AIX trading member, who is the AIX CSD Participant, by giving instruction to AIX CSD via the App. The Issuer and users of the App can transfer Securities to you (your account) as a gift and hereby you confirm you consent to accept those Securities as a gift.

Request executions. In the App, you can select the option to purchase/subscribe, sell (if applicable), receive or make a gift of Investment Objects and/or replenish, transfer and withdraw from the Cash Account and make the corresponding requests to the Issuer, Tabys Ltd., AIX CSD and AIX Registrar accordingly. 4.2.1. Purchase, sell and gift requests. The price of Investment Objects may change, and the actual price and amount will be determined at 11:00 AM (price of Securities) or 9:00 AM (price of fractions of investment coins) Astana time on each business day. The actual price may differ significantly from the price indicated at the time of placing the request. The request will be executed on the same business day it is submitted or the next business day (if the request is submitted on a non-business day or after 5:00 PM for Securities or after 3:00 PM for fractions of investment coins, Astana time, on a business day), with subsequent crediting or debiting of payments to/from your Cash Account. Accordingly, the Investment Objects will be transferred to/from your Account or to the recipient’s Account (in the case of a donation) in AIX Registrar/AIX CSD (where applicable), in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement, and you will be notified accordingly. 4.2.2. Subscription requests. The price of Securities is determined in the Prospectus. If the request for a subscription is rejected or cancelled by the Issuer/Investor the funds will be returned to the Cash Account upon the completion of the allocation. 4.2.3. Application for Receiving an Investment Coin. In the App, you can submit a request to receive investment coins only if you have purchased all fractions comprising the investment coin. The request for receiving investment coins must specify the number of investment coins, the branch of the Issuer where you wish to collect them, and the desired date of receipt. The fee for receiving an investment coin is determined by the Issuer and will be deducted from your Cash Account.

  • Facsimile Execution To evidence the fact that it has executed this Agreement, a Party may send a copy of its executed counterpart to the other Party by facsimile transmission. That Party shall be deemed to have executed this Agreement on the date it sent such facsimile transmission. In such event, such Party shall forthwith deliver to the other Party the counterpart of this Agreement executed by such Party.

  • Fax Execution This Agreement may be executed by delivery of executed signature pages by fax and such fax execution will be effective for all purposes.

  • No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement Employee understands and agrees that Employee would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph “2” above, except for Employee’s execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
