Request and acceptance. Global Prime may, in its discretion from time to time, lend securities to Client, and Client may borrow securities from Global Prime, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the MSLA and with the Rules. If any of the terms of the MSLA are inconsistent with any of the terms of this agreement, this agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
