Requalification tests Sample Clauses

The 'Requalification tests' clause establishes the requirement for periodic or event-driven testing to confirm that a product, system, or component continues to meet specified standards or performance criteria after its initial qualification. In practice, this clause may mandate that equipment undergo re-testing after certain intervals, following repairs, or after significant modifications to ensure ongoing compliance and safety. Its core function is to maintain quality assurance over time, preventing degradation or undetected failures that could compromise performance or safety.
Requalification tests. All series products delivered to MTCE must undergo a complete dimensional inspection and functional test in accordance with the production control plans, and in consideration of the applicable customer requirements concerning material and function. The results must be made available to MTCE on request. The test scope must be documented in accordance with IATF 16949. Deviations from the test scope require written permission by MTCE. Unless otherwise agreed, the Supplier has the obligation to carry out requalification tests in a cycle of 12 months.
Requalification tests. All suppliers agree to a minimum of annual (or according to special agreements) requalification tests, whereby the creation of component groups is specifically allowed. This means that the requalification of one part on behalf of similar components with similar processes will suffice.
Requalification tests. All products shall be subject to full-scope dimensional and functional test in accordance with production control plans (e.g. product quality management plan (PAP)), considering material and function parameters defined by S & G. The results shall be available for inspection by S & G upon request.
