Common use of Reputations Clause in Contracts

Reputations. The Recipient shall not knowingly or recklessly, do permit or omit, to do anything that may attract adverse publicity or damage the reputation of the Fund, the Trust, or the Waikato River Authority. This clause shall create rights in favour of the Waikato River Authority pursuant to the Contracts Privacy Act 1982.
