Republication. (i) I acknowledge that material posted or transmitted through the HSD Service may be copied, republished or distributed by third parties, and that the Connections Parties will not be responsible for any harm resulting from such actions.

To the extent that the Owner of the Journal edits amount to copyrightable works of authorship, the Journal Owner hereby assigns all right, title, and interest in such edits to the Author(s). The Journal Owner agrees to publish the Article subject to the understanding that the Article will not be published in the Journal unless, in its final form, the Article is acceptable to both the Author and the Journal Owner.
