Common use of Representatives Clause in Contracts

Representatives. “Representatives” shall mean the directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, partners, service providers, existing or potential financing sources, existing or potential investors, and advisors of a Party and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and financial advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to them.

Representatives. “Representatives” shall mean the directors, officers, managers, membersdirectors, employees, agents, partners, service providers, existing or potential financing sources, existing or potential investors, and advisors of a Party and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultants, accountants and financial and other advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to them.

Representatives. “Representatives” shall mean the means directors, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, partners, service providers, existing or potential financing sources, existing or potential investors, and advisors of a Party and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultants, advisors and financial advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to themrepresentatives.

Representatives. “Representatives” shall mean with respect to an Entity, the directors, officers, managers, members, other employees, agents, partners, service providers, existing or potential financing sources, existing or potential investors, and advisors of a Party and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, attorneys, accountants, consultantsinvestment bankers, other advisors and financial advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to themrepresentatives of such Entity.

As used in this Agreement, the term “person” includes, without limitation, attorneysany corporation, accountantscompany, consultantspartnership, and financial advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to themother entity, or individual.

Representatives. “Representatives” shall mean the means as to any person, its directors, officers, security holders, managers, members, employees, agents, partners, service providers, existing or potential financing sources, existing or potential investors, agents and advisors of a Party and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, financial advisors, banks, attorneys, accountants, consultants, accountants and financial advisors) that receive Confidential Information or have Confidential Information made available to themtheir respective Representatives).
