Representative Samples. CBAI will, and CBAI will cause all sublicensees of CBAI to, submit to Kona for approval representative samples of any use of Kona Intellectual Property or Kona Merchandise not previously approved by Kona. Kona’s approval is required before any Kona Merchandise is used or distributed. Kona will use good faith efforts to respond to any request for approval within 14 days of receipt of the samples.
