Representative for Notice Sample Clauses

Representative for Notice. Each Party shall maintain a designated representative to receive notices. Such representative may, at the option of each Party, be the same person as that Party’s representative or alternate representative on the Operating Committee, or a different person. Either Party may, by written notice to the other, pursuant to Section 12(a) above, change the representative or the address to which such notices and communications are to be sent.
