Representative Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in effect for the period of twelve months from the date of execution of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) and shall automatically renew at the expiration of the initial term for one or more successive twelve (12) month terms (each a “renewal term”), unless either party shall give the other party written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial term or any renewal term indicating that it elects not to renew this Agreement.
