Representations Warranties and Disclaimer. 17.1 DMI represents and warrants that it has the right and authority to enter into, and perform its obligations under, this Agreement and that there are no outstanding grants, licenses, encumbrances or agreements, either written, oral or implied, inconsistent with this Agreement, or which this Agreement, or performance hereunder, would violate, breach, conflict with, or cause a default.
