Representations Warranties and Disclaimer. 13.1 Each Party represents and warrants that it has all the rights, power and authority to enter into this Agreement. Each Party represents and warrants that it owns, controls, or has previously been granted the necessary rights in and to any Intellectual Property which enables it to grant to the other the rights granted herein.
