REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS OF BORROWER. Borrower hereby re-makes each and every representation and warranty of Borrower to Lender contained in the Note and the Mortgage and the other Original Loan Documents, except for the representations in Section 3.3(a), Section 3.3(b), Section 3.3(c), Section 3.3(d) and Section 3.3(e) of the Mortgage, and Borrower further represents, warrants and covenants to Lender as follows:
