Representations Regarding Operation. No Borrower Party shall represent or hold out, or consent to any Lessee to represent or hold out, any Lender Party as (i) the owner or lessor of any PS Pool Aircraft, (ii) carrying goods or passengers on any PS Pool Aircraft or (iii) being in any way responsible for any operation of carriage (whether for hire or reward or gratuitously) with respect to any PS Pool Aircraft.
