Representations on Exercise. Upon exercise of this Warrant and as a condition thereof, the Holder hereof shall confirm in writing, in a form of Attachment A, that the representations and warranties in this Section 5 are true and correct as of the date of exercise. In addition, the Holder shall provide such additional information regarding such Holder’s financial and investment background, as the Company may reasonably request, as is relevant for purposes of determining the accuracy of such representations and warranties.
