Common use of Representations of the Servicer Clause in Contracts

The Servicer additionally represents and warrants to the Depositor and the Issuer as of the date of this Servicing Supplement that no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the 2015-A Exchange Noteholder have been utilized in selecting the Leases and Leased Vehicles included in the 2015-A Reference Pool from other leases and leased vehicles that meet the criteria specified in Section 3.3.
