Common use of Representations of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the Receivables. The representations speak as of the Closing Date, and shall survive the sale of the Receivables from time to time to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.

Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the Receivables. The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of the Agreement and as of the Closing Date, and shall survive the sale of the Receivables from time to time to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.

The representations speak as of the Closing Dateexecution and delivery of this Agreement (or as of the date a Person (other than the Indenture Trustee) becomes Servicer pursuant to Sections 7.03 and 8.02, in the case of a successor to the Servicer) and shall survive the sale of the Receivables from time to time to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.

The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of the Agreement and as of the Closing Date, in the case of the Initial Receivables, and as of the applicable Subsequent Transfer Date, in the case of the Subsequent Receivables, and shall survive the sale of the Receivables from time to time to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.

Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the Receivables. The representations speak as of the Closing Dateexecution and delivery of the Agreement (or as of the date a Person (other than the Indenture Trustee) becomes Servicer pursuant to Sections 7.03 and 8.02, in the case of a successor to the Servicer) and shall survive the sale of the Receivables from time to time to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof grant of a security interest therein to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.

Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the Receivables. Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on upon which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the ReceivablesConveyed Assets. The Such representations speak are made as of the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date, and shall survive the sale transfer of the Receivables from time to time Conveyed Assets to the Issuing Entity and the pledge and/or assignment, as the case may be, thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
