Common use of Representations and Warranties on Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties on Closing Date. The representations and warranties contained in this Section 2 shall be true and complete on the Closing Date on July 1, 2005 with the same force and effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of the Closing Date.
