REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS. Each of the Shareholders, on its own behalf and not on behalf of any other Shareholder, hereby severally (and, for greater certainty, not jointly with any other Shareholder) represents and warrants to the Purchaser as follows and acknowledges that the Purchaser is relying on such representations and warranties in connection with the transactions contemplated herein:
