Common use of Representations and Warranties of the Board Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of the Board. (a) Under the provisions of the State Constitution, the applicable State statutes, and applicable jurisprudence of the State, the Board has the power to enter into this Agreement, to be bound hereby, to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to perform its obligations hereunder.
