REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF FOUNDING SELLERS. Except for the representations in Sections 2.01, 2.03 and 2.30, which each Seller is only making as to his, her, or itself, each Founding Shareholder hereby represents and warrants to Purchaser, knowing and intending that Purchaser is relying hereon in entering into the transactions provided for herein, as follows, except as otherwise set forth in the written disclosure schedules delivered to Purchaser (the “Disclosure Schedules”). The Disclosure Schedules are numbered to correspond to the various sections and subsections of this Article II setting forth certain exceptions to the representations and warranties contained in this Article II and certain other information called for by this Agreement. No disclosure made in any particular Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed made in any other Disclosure Schedule unless expressly made therein (by cross-reference or otherwise):
