Representations and Warranties of Banro and the Seller. Banro and the Seller, acknowledging that the Purchaser is entering into this Agreement in reliance thereon, hereby make the representations and warranties set forth in Schedule C to the Purchaser on and as of the date of this Agreement on a joint and several basis. The representations and warranties set forth in Schedule C shall be deemed to be repeated by Banro and the Seller as of the date of the Closing Date.
