Common use of Representations and Warranties of Administrator and Servicer Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties of Administrator and Servicer. Each of the Administrator and the Servicer hereby makes the following representations and warranties for the benefit of the Indenture Trustee, as of the date of this Indenture, and as of the date of each Grant of Receivables to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture. OLS hereby makes the same representations and warranties to the Indenture Trustee and for the benefit of the Holders as given by OLS in Section 3.1 of the OLS Subservicing Agreement and in Section 4(a) of the Receivables Sale Agreement.
