Common use of Representations and Warranties in Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties in Transaction Documents. Notwithstanding the representations and warranties of APG set forth in clause 2.1 of this agreement, APG further represents and warrants to the Finance Parties, and further acknowledges that the Finance Parties are relying on those representations and warranties in connection with this agreement, that the representations and warranties of APG contained in the Transaction Documents are true and correct in all respects as of the date of this agreement.
