Common use of Representations and Warranties in Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Representations and Warranties in Purchase Agreement. The representations and warranties made by DFC to the Borrower in Section 3.03 of the Purchase Agreement are hereby remade by the Borrower on each date to which they speak in the Purchase Agreement, as if such representations and warranties were set forth herein. For purposes of this Section, such representations and warranties are incorporated herein by reference as if made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and to each of the Secured Parties under the terms hereof mutatis mutandis.
