Representation Regarding Third Party Interests. Each of the Corporation and the Underwriters (in this Section 6.7 referred to as a "representing party") hereby represents to the Subscription Receipt Agent that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the Subscription Receipt Agent in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such representing party, either (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such representing party hereby agrees to complete, execute and deliver forthwith to the Subscription Receipt Agent a declaration of third party interest in the Subscription Receipt Agent's prescribed form in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and the regulations thereto, or in such other form as may be satisfactory to the Subscription Receipt Agent, as to the particulars of such third party.

Each of the Corporation and the Underwriters party to this Agreement (in this Section 6.7 6.6 referred to as a "“representing party"”) hereby represents to the FT Subscription Receipt Agent that any account to be opened by, or interest to be held by, the FT Subscription Receipt Agent in connection with this Agreement, for or to the credit of such representing party, either either: (i) is not intended to be used by or on behalf of any third party; or (ii) is intended to be used by or on behalf of a third party, in which case such representing party hereby agrees to complete, execute and deliver forthwith to the FT Subscription Receipt Agent a declaration of third party interest in the FT Subscription Receipt Agent's ’s prescribed form in accordance with Section 9 of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and the regulations Regulations thereto, or in such other form as may be satisfactory to the Subscription Receipt Agentit, as to the particulars of such third party.
