Representation Regarding SEC Reports. The Company and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, III and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ represent, acknowledge and agree that each of them (i) have received, reviewed and have otherwise had access to the Parent SEC Reports, the Parent public announcements of its results of operations for the fiscal year ending April 28, 2001 and (ii) do not require, and have not requested (after offer being made by the Parent) any further information concerning or regarding the Parent.
