REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN. The representations and warranties contained in Article 9 (other than the representation in the last sentence of Section 9.5 in the case of any Credit Event involving only a Rate Continuation or a Rate Conversion) are true and correct in all respects on and as of the date of such Credit Event with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date;
