Common use of REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN Clause in Contracts

REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN. The representations and warranties contained in Sections 0 of this Agreement are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Credit Event with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date; and

REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN. The representations and warranties contained in Sections 0 Section 5 of this Agreement are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Credit Event with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date; and

REPRESENTATION BRINGDOWN. The representations and warranties contained in Sections 0 4, 6 and 7 of this Agreement are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Credit Event with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date; and
