REPRESENATATION OF THE FIRST PARTY. (i) THE FIRST PARTY shall train the SECOND PARTY as per the training programme and associated cost , attached to this agreement as ANNEXURE -A. The FIRST PARTY has world class training professionals, quality Instructors and the FIRST PARTY has relationships with global airlines. (ii) It is made aware that Airline Captain Course is available on demand and that the Second party is aware that based on the commitment of Second party – THE FIRST PARTY will be acquiring aircraft and simulator, arranging instructors and other resources;
