Common use of Reports Clause in Contracts

Reports. The Fund and the Adviser agree to furnish to each other current prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, certified copies of their financial statements, and such other information with regard to their affairs as each may reasonably request.

The Fund and the Investment Adviser agree to furnish to each other other, if applicable, current prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholdersstockholders, certified copies of their financial statements, and such other information with regard to their affairs as each may reasonably requestrequest and as may be required by law.

The Fund Funds and the Adviser agree to furnish to each other current prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholdersthe shareholders of the Funds (collectively, “Shareholders” and each a “Shareholder”), certified copies of their financial statements, and such other information with regard to their affairs as each may reasonably request.
